5 questions
How do I start?
Send a message on WhatsApp, an email or the consultation form on the contact page. Describe what you would like to change, and attach photographs or recent X-rays if you have them. All three routes reach the same team.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. Describe the problem — a gap, a broken tooth, a shade you are unhappy with — and the team will explain which treatments are relevant. What is actually done is decided after an examination.
Can you plan my treatment from photographs?
Photographs and recent X-rays are enough to discuss whether a plan is realistic and roughly what it could involve. They are not enough to commit to a particular treatment on a particular tooth. That decision follows an examination at the clinic.
What should I send?
Photographs of your teeth taken in good light, any recent X-rays, and anything a dentist at home has already told you. Mention medical conditions and medicines too, as they can affect what is advisable.
Is there any obligation when I ask a question?
No. Asking questions, sharing photographs or requesting a consultation does not commit you to treatment.
Treatment
4 questions
What if the examination finds something unexpected?
You are told before anything is done, and why it matters. An examination sometimes shows what a photograph could not — decay under a filling, for example — and your plan is discussed again with you before it changes.
Will I have local anaesthetic?
Where the treatment needs it, local anaesthetic is used. How comfort will be managed for your treatment is discussed with you beforehand.
Are results guaranteed?
No dental treatment can honestly be guaranteed to give a particular result. Your dentist will explain the realistic outcomes, the risks and the maintenance your treatment needs, so you can decide with the full picture.
Do you publish prices?
Not on this site. A figure that means anything belongs to your treatment plan, and that plan does not exist until you have been examined. Ask the clinic directly and you will be told what can be said at each stage.
Travel and your stay
5 questions
How long do I need to stay in Alanya?
That depends entirely on the treatment and on what the examination finds. Some treatments fit within one stay; implants are staged and usually involve more than one trip. The clinic tells you what a case like yours is likely to need before you book flights.
Which airport should I fly into?
Gazipaşa–Alanya (GZP) is the closer airport; Antalya (AYT) is larger with more routes. Tell the clinic which you are considering and you will be told what the transfer looks like from each.
Can hotels and transfers be arranged?
Hotel stays near the clinic and transfers between the hotel and the clinic can be arranged. What applies to your visit is confirmed with you in advance — nothing is included automatically.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Let the clinic know in advance so any arrangements account for them.
Where exactly is the clinic?
Kestel Mah., Sahil Cad. No:21, 07400 Alanya / Antalya — on the coast road at Kestel, east of the centre of Alanya.
Aftercare
3 questions
What aftercare will I receive?
Written instructions for your treatment — what was done and what to do in the days that follow — and a way to contact the clinic directly with questions.
What if I have a problem after I fly home?
Contact the clinic on the same WhatsApp number, describe what you notice and send a photograph if you can. You will be told what to do next and, where needed, what to ask a local dentist to check.
Do I still need my own dentist at home?
Yes. Regular check-ups and hygiene visits matter for every mouth, and particularly for crowns, veneers and implants. You will be told what is worth asking your dentist to look at.
