When you send the consultation form

Your name, the country you live in, your email address, your phone number if you give one, how you would like a reply, the treatment you are interested in, your message, and any photographs, X-rays or documents you attach.

We use these only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss possible treatment with you and, if you go ahead, to plan that treatment.

Health information

Photographs of your teeth, X-rays and what you tell us about your dental or medical situation are health information, which the law protects more strictly. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give with the agreement box on the form, and only to answer your enquiry. Please do not send more than you are comfortable sharing — you can always discuss details in person.

When you contact us another way

If you write on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive what you choose to send. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

When you visit the website

Like any website, the server that hosts this site records technical information about requests — such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type — in its logs, for security and to keep the site working. These logs are not used to identify visitors or for marketing.

Security check on the forms (Google reCAPTCHA)

Pages with a form use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the forms against spam and abuse. Google processes technical data — such as IP address, browser and device information and how the page is used — to assess whether a person is sending the form. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Website statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the website is used — for example which pages are visited and whether a form was sent. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We do not use it for advertising and do not combine it with other data about you.

We process personal data under Türkiye’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data (No. 6698, “KVKK”) and, for visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR).

• Replying to your enquiry and taking steps you have asked for before any treatment: pre-contractual necessity and our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Health information you send: your explicit consent.
• Server logs and form security: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
• Google reCAPTCHA on the forms: our legitimate interest in protecting the forms and our systems against spam and abuse.
• Google Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

Form enquiries and any files are stored on the web server that hosts this website, in a private area that is not accessible from the internet. A notification of each enquiry is sent to the clinic by email; attached files are not included in that email.

Google may process data for reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Analytics on servers in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you and to the technical provider that maintains the website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as they are needed to answer you and, if you become a patient, for your treatment — together with any period for which the law requires dental and medical records to be kept. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to treatment at any time.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given (this does not affect what was done before you withdrew it).

To use any of these rights, write to info@dentalartalanya.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), or the authority in the country where you live.

The website is served only over an encrypted connection. The form checks that a request comes from this site, limits repeated submissions, and accepts only image and PDF files, which are renamed and stored where they cannot be opened from the web.

If the way this website handles personal data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
